Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and help build autonomous AI agents for the financial industry. The ideal candidate has experience developing multi-agent AI systems that automate underwriting, risk modeling, and credit assessment. You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying AI agents that replace manual processes in financial institutions, enabling faster, smarter, and more efficient lending decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AI agents to automate credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk assessment.

  • Implement multi-agent collaboration to simulate and optimize decision-making in lending.

  • Build and train real-time AI-driven credit models that assess borrower risk with minimal human intervention.

  • Work on autonomous financial workflows, integrating AI into financial institutions’ existing infrastructure.

  • Optimize knowledge retrieval, decision-making models, and natural language processing (NLP) pipelines.

  • Deploy AI agents using cloud-based machine learning infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Improve model interpretability and explainability to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with finance and underwriting teams to validate AI-generated risk assessments.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, autonomous agents, or financial AI applications.

  • Strong background in AI agents, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems.

  • Experience in credit modeling, fintech, or lending technology is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and reinforcement learning frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and financial AI applications.

  • Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Familiarity with credit risk, financial data processing, and lending technology.
