Insight Funders operates as a private credit marketplace, connecting borrowers with lenders. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or lender, and we do not provide investment, legal, or financial advice. Our platform is purely a marketplace, and we do not endorse or recommend any specific loan, lender, or borrower.

No Partnership with Money Transmission Companies

Insight Funders does not partner with or act as a money transmission service provider. We do not handle, manage, or hold funds on behalf of clients or participants on our platform. Any financial transactions and agreements are conducted directly between the lender and borrower.

No Responsibility for Credit Decisions

Credit decisions and loan terms are solely at the discretion of the participating lenders. Insight Funders does not evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers or guarantee the success of any credit application. We do not bear responsibility for any losses, damages, or outcomes arising from transactions or relationships established through our platform.

No FDIC or SIPC Insurance

Funds or investments facilitated through Insight Funders are not insured by the FDIC, SIPC, or any other governmental agency. Private credit investments carry risks, including the potential loss of principal. Participants should consider their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment goals before engaging in any transactions.

No Guarantees on Platform Services

Insight Funders does not guarantee the availability of credit or any specific terms. The information and features on our platform are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on our platform.

No Conflict of Interest in Matching Services

Insight Funders does not receive commissions, incentives, or fees from lenders for referrals or matching borrowers. Our revenue model is based on platform service fees paid by participants using premium features and analytics.
