Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Development Intern to join our team in a fast-paced startup environment where innovation and collaboration drive our success. This is an unpaid internship, but with the opportunity to transition into a full-time paid position based on performance. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams, contributing to high-impact projects that enhance our platform’s functionality and user experience. While the pace is fast, we also foster a fun, collaborative, and supportive team culture!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining the Insight Funders website and AI-powered platform.
Work with designers and product managers to implement UI/UX improvements.
Optimize website performance and responsiveness for a seamless user experience.
Support the integration of APIs and third-party financial tools into the platform.
Debug and troubleshoot web applications to ensure smooth functionality.
Contribute to interactive dashboards and data visualization features.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior engineers to refine best practices.
Stay updated on the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
Basic understanding of back-end development (Node.js, Express, or similar).
Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Passion for fintech, AI, and innovative technology solutions.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with Webflow or no-code development platforms.
Knowledge of API integration and authentication protocols.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or similar.
Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
